Brake calipers

Brake calipers from Budweg go through unique production processes. The caliper body is remanufactured and almost every other part is new. New hard chromed pistons and glide bushes and of course new rubber parts are fitted. Budweg replace the parts that other reconditioners can’t reach. This is made in order to ensure that the quality is at least equivalent to a new caliper, sometimes even better. Electrolytic baths gives the surface an anticorrosive protection and a fine finish.

Driveshafts

Each driveshaft is subjected to a thorough remanufacturing process. After classification, disassembly, cleaning, and shot peening, all components are recycled or substituted, while the quality of the product during each process is ensured through strict tests and controls. Finishing, packaging and labelling are the final touches made to the process. This is how assembly works in order to enhance the quality of the product and to present an identifiable and attractive appearance.

Power Steering Racks

The power steering racks recycling system ensures high quality through each process, guaranteeing perfect operations subject to strict original manufacturing guidelines. In this area REG is equipped with the most modern bench testing technology , as well as an extensive range of spare parts to ensure repairs comply with demanding industry standards.

Assistance Pumps

At REG, all assistance pumps are subject to a process of classification, disassembly, cleaning and testing. Each part is recycled or substituted for a new one. Pump assembly follows together with final checking through bench tests.

Suspension Sphere

The process begins with initial identification and classification, checking the state of the interior membranes of the sphere. Later each sphere undergoes a series of diverse processes to ensure it is fit for reuse.

Constant Velocity Joints

All CV joints recovered by REG pass through initial classification. Afterwards they are disassembled, cleaned and subjected to component rectification. Finally they proceed through a phase of final testing for all the processes to which they were subjected.

Bellows Kit

REG assembles repair kits for driveshafts and CV Joints composed of bellows, clamps, grease and nuts, all of which are manufactured under strict quality controls and backed up by more than 30 years of experience in the field of automotive components.

Constant Velocity Joints

REG has an extensive catalogue that covers all existing brands of cars. In our desire to offer a wider range of products, we have launched a new line of constant velocity joints, manufactured under rigorous quality controls and backed up by our experience in the car component sector.
